Welcome to the A&T Small Grants Program Application

Welcome to the Alive & Thrive Small Grants Program primary application. Please be sure to read about the small grants program at www.aliveandthrive.org/grants. You will not be able to save your application and return to edit it later, so it is recommended that you type your responses to the application questions using word processing software and copy and paste them into the application. The deadline for submission is midnight on September 14, 2010. Please note that there are character limits for your responses to questions. Text over the character limit will not be transmitted to the review committee. If you have problems with your application, please contact us at atresearch@ucdavis.edu.

Organizations are allowed to submit multiple applications for different projects, but be sure to indicate that you plan to submit multiple applications on the next page. We will notify successful applicants that are selected to submit a full proposal around Monday, October 18, 2010.
