This is a protocol for a scoping review that will explore the published evidence on the geographic spread and nature of violations of the International Code of Marketing of Breastmilk Substitutes (The Code). This evidence will inform regulatory decision-making, highlight violations for policymakers, and expose knowledge gaps in the Code literature.
