Factors influencing maternal nutrition practices in a large scale maternal, newborn and child health program in Bangladesh (Nguyen PH., 2017. PLOS ONE)

Exposure to factors related to pregnant and recently delivered women’s households and health services could optimize maternal nutrition practices and the delivery of maternal nutrition interventions. These findings represent a potential way to reduce Bangladesh’s high burden of maternal and child undernutrition and mortality and provide evidence to advocate for investments in key strategies to increase uptake of interventions.
