The crisis of poor complementary feeding in South Asia: Where next?

This body of evidence summarizes and compares the findings on four indicators of complementary feeding across five South Asian countries – Bangladesh, India, Nepal, Pakistan and Sri Lanka -- highlighting variability within the region. Analyses on predictors of poor complementary feeding, such as maternal education, household wealth, use of antenatal care, and exposure to media provide insight for further research and interventions.
