From 2010-2014, Alive & Thrive worked in Bangladesh, Ethiopia, and Viet Nam to reduce undernutrition and death caused by sub-optimal infant and young child feeding (IYCF) practices.

Provides background information and serves as a leave-behind material at meetings. It provides additional key messaging around the global movement to scale up nutrition, the action steps for policymakers, the power of nutrition, and best feeding practices.

Provides the rationale for support groups, describes their design and implementation in Viet Nam, and summarizes lessons learned.
