This poster is designed to guide healthcare staff at human milk banks on the appropriate conditions for storing donor human milk.

Human milk bank (HMB) services are an essential component of a breastfeeding-friendly health system. HMB services give at-risk infants, such as those born pre-term or low birthweight, access to the multiple benefits of breastmilk when they need it most.

This set of counseling cards used in community settings complements the larger set of counseling cards used in health facilities.

This set of 21 counseling cards enables health workers to counsel mothers and other caregivers about IYCF using a colorful visual on one side and supporting information on the other side. 

Seven posters are placed in health facilities to reinforce messages received during counseling.
