Good feeding practices don’t just happen
On Friday, September 21, 2012, I gave birth in a nearby health center to my second daughter. Her father and I named her Bethlehem. We were happy. God had blessed our family with a healthy and strong baby. I thank God and all that have helped me.

Maternal and Child Dietary Diversity Are Associated in Bangladesh, Vietnam, and Ethiopia (Journal of Nutrition, 2013)
Emerging evidence suggests that maternal and child dietary diversity are associated. Data on mother-child (6 to 24 months) dyads in Bangladesh, Viet Nam, and Ethiopia were used to examine agreement and association between maternal and child dietary diversity and identify determinants of maternal and child dietary diversity.

Sub-optimal infant and young child feeding (IYCF) practices are likely a significant contributor to high undernutrition rates in Viet Nam. To date, however, there has been no comprehensive review of IYCF practices in Viet Nam.
