This toolkit is intended as a reference guide for employers and all those dedicated to creating breastfeeding-friendly workplaces in Viet Nam. It suggests a comprehensive approach that comprises four vital components, including developing breastfeeding-supportive labor policies, raising awareness about breastfeeding in the workplace, establishing and maintaining well-equipped lactation rooms, and continuously monitoring, evaluating, and collecting feedback from employees, employers, and trade union officials.
